WOLFE 

              The roots go deep.  A lifelong resident of Huntington, Roger Kim Wolfe was born in Huntington in 1948 to Carl and     Mary Jane Wolfe, a laborer and a homemaker.  Educated in  Cabell County Public Schools, he attended the one room Mount Union School and Huntington High School, where he worked in the cafeteria to pay for his lunch.                                

             He served in the Navy in Vietnam, then worked his way through Marshall University on the G.I. Bill, becoming the first member of his family to graduate from college.

Kim and his wife, Deborah, have 8 children and 9 grandchildren.  Their lives are wholly dedicated to public service.  They have traveled the world in professional and humanitarian pursuits,    and the family has been internationally recognized for their accomplishments and service.
